  Food assistance worth Rs.5000 is provided to the tea workers.

10. Hijra people's quality of life development program:

Assistance is provided at the rate of Rs.

14. One-time financial assistance to tea workers and small ethnic groups:

 A one time grant of Rs.5000 is given.
